Default Can addictions be healthy?

I know most addictions are bad for you, but what if you have an addiction that doesn't harm your body or other people? Like my addictions is crocheting, I seem to have to crochet every night whether it's for a couple of hours or it could be like for 10 minutes.

I guess as long as you aren't putting crocheting ahead of your basic needs it would be fine.

Or, if you are starting to develop carpal tunnel and are told to rest but feel that you have to crochet even if you know you aren't supposed to.

That's not a bad addiction at all. I have the same addiction as well, but I've slowed as time has gone on. I also sew. I love to do both projects.
