Default Do You Hang Onto Old Styles?

Fashion trends go in a circle in a lot of cases, so do you hang onto older fashions for when they come back into style?

Not really, unless I am totally in love with a bag. I tend to swap things out. But my mom does and still keep things and I have been known to raid her closet and pull things out from ten years earlier.

I keep all my bags. I never buy anything too trendy, I try to stick with classics for that very reason. When I spend exhorbitant amounts on a bag, I want to keep it forever.

OH Ricci likes to tease me a bit. SHe thinks its funny that I am into classic fashion and not trendy stuff.

Every once in a while I will break out a can of aqua net and do some 80's hair, or wear some parashute pants, or some leg warmers.

or I wear bell bottoms at times too. I am a free spirit when it comes to fashion. I have no boundaries when it comes to looking cool.

I keep the classics, but usually get rid of the trendy stuff because I just don't have enough room to store it all. I have the world's smallest closet, I think. I try not to spend too much on the trendy stuff since I know I won't have it for very long.

Hey now..don't knock bell bottoms. LOL!!! I think they are now called flared jeans...and yes I love my bell bottom/flared Levis.Plus I go with the flow and try and do my own thing. My one staple in my closet has to be a white, cotton button down shirt with french cuffs. It goes with everything.

Bell Bottoms!

They'll always come back into style. I associate them with 70s music. I think the trick for some of us may be to wear the ones from the last wave of fashion after a few years pass.

Maybe it's just me.

I think mine is smaller. Its about half the size of a traditional door wide and an arms length deep.

Only way to remedy that was to turn my room into the closet. Went to IKEA and bought those huge wardrobes with glass fronts. Works beautifully.

I just wear what I like. If I like it I'll wear it. If I don't I won't.
