Default Girl's Night!

I'm hosting all my girlfriends for our monthly get together in a couple weeks, so I need to start my menu planning. I'm going to do more finger foods so we can sit around and just chat. What are you favorite girl night activities and recipes? I need some new ideas, since I've already made them all of my tried and true recipes for them. I recently tried the new Tava drinks and if I can find them in stores, I would love to serve them. I know the girls will love that they are calorie and caffeine free.

I'm getting excited just thinking about it! We don't get together nearly often enough!

For finger food I really like to make baby quiches in cup cake tins, and a good shrimp/crab dip is always a great snack

As for drinks, I like to make a punch that I call Tutti-Fruiti

take the following
40oz Malibu
40oz Southern Comfort
40oz Vodka (I prefer Stoli)
4 litres of Juice (pineapple, mango, and a fruit COCKTAIL)
MIX IT ALL togather in a pail, add lots of ice (crushed) and drink it up.

More than enough to get us all going good when we have girl nights

I love to have jello shots at my girl nights! I like to get a bit tipsy and get crazy!!!

you should have some nachos and some chocolate bon-bons too.

Pretty, a quick and easy party drink is a rumski.

2 shots of spiced rum in an iced glass of sprite zero with a lime. That'll get the party roarin! (Be sure you have plenty of rum on hand)

I love all of these suggestions!

I haven't finalized anything yet. Still thinking I might go with making the cocktails with Tava, because people could choose their own flavors. I wonder if it would work well with ricci's rumski recipe?

As for food, I'm definitely doing a chocolate dessert. Gotta have chocolate when it is just the girls! I was also thinking something like fondue might be fun, and I've always wanted a reason to buy a fondue set!

GIRL! set up the video camera in an inconspicuous corner if you go with the rumskis. You'll be surprised at how the ladies get!
