What are your favorite all veggie meals?
I like roasted taters, steamed carrots, cornbread (made with plain yogurt), sliced maters and maybe green beans.

I like vegetarian stir fry. Basmati rice, fresh garlic and onion saltaied in olive oil, corn, carrots, broccoli and mushrooms. Sometimes I eat it with pita bread. You can use either basmati rice or spaghetti.

I love Pad Thai.
I had an excellent veggie Pad Thai from a food court in a mall a few weeks ago. I chose spicy.

I haven't been about to decide if I like falafel. I think the seasoning bugs me a bit. I need to try it again.

I have stopped eating meat for about 6 months now.However i am not a total vegan because i still drink milk..skim milk.
My favorite place to eat is Boston Market because i can get the all veggie plate.
One reason i quit eating all meat is because my father loved all red meat,and i think it was one of the reasons he had high cholesterol which of course lead to a heart attack then a stroke,which killed him.
I don't condone others who eat meat.I choose not to.

I haven't made this yet, but I think this recipe for Italian Lentils with Ditalini sounds really good. I found it on ParentsConnect.com, I love their recipes!
This thick and hearty vegetarian stew is very satisfying to your taste and easy on your pocketbook.
Dish Needs:
* 1 (16-ounce) package dried lentils
* 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped onion
* 1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic
* 1 (32-ounce) container vegetable broth
* 1 (28-ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes
* 1 (24-ounce) jar pasta sauce
* 1 teaspoon salt
* ¼ teaspoon pepper
* 1 cup ditalini pasta, uncooked
* Parmesan cheese (optional)
Dish It Out:
1. 1. In the bottom of a 3 ½-quart or larger slow cooker, place all the ingredients except for the ditalini, stirring well to mix.
2. 2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
3. 3. Add the ditalini, stirring well to mix, and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
4. 4. Top individual servings with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Dish Tips:
* This recipe makes enough for two meals. Portion out half, place in a freezer-safe container, label, and freeze for up to three months.
* Serve it with a bag of prewashed hearts of romaine lettuce and salad greens tossed with a good quality bottled Caesar dressing and plenty of croutons. Jarred tomato basil pasta sauce is excellent with this dish.
* Any small shaped pasta, like shells or elbows, can be substituted for the ditalini.
