Default Time Management

How do you guys get everything done during the day? I have soooo much to do tonight after work: go to the gym, go to a charity meeting, break out the Oreck and clean the apartment, go grocery shopping, and bake a dessert for a party this weekend. So much to do! What do you guys do when you have a full schedule?

I make lots and lots of lists so I do not get overwhelmed and I focus on one thing at a time. Without lists, Id be even more of a basketcase than I am now.

I make a list for the week and anything that is still in the works by the end of the week gets carried over to the next week.

Also, Eat the big ugly frogs first - anything you don't want to do (unsure how, afraid etc) you should do first - they say people waste a lot of time doing the things they like and are good at while avoiding the things they don't like and are not so good at.
