Question How Many Children?

In an effort to get better acquainted with everyone, I'm wondering how many kids you each have and/or grandkids.

I have four adult kids, three boys and one girl. I also have two grandkids, one boy who is 12 and a baby girl who is 10 months old.

I'd love to hear about your family.

I don't have any children yet, but some day I would like to have at least 3. I'm from a big family and I want one of my own some day. I absolutely love children. Whenever I'm on sites like ParentsConnect and see all of the fun activities for parents to do with their children it makes me super excited to have my own. It definitely won't be for a few years though!

Default Children

Luvbunnies42....two sounds like a good number these days with the cost of things. My first two were boys and they were only 13 months apart in age...that was hard.

Hi PrettyinPink. I came from a big family too. I have five sisters and one brother.

Hope we hear from some more members.

I have a 9YO boy, a 5YO girl, and a 21 month old boy. We are not decidedly "done" yet, but we like to take it one kido at a time. We have never set a number on our family size and don't intend to until we are satisfied.

I am busy and slightly crazy, but it is a great life.I can't shop as much as I use to, and luixury bags have taken back seat to dirtbikes, ballet classes (with outfits and costumes) and all the other necessities.

One thing I refuse to give up my luxury for, VIDEO GAMES! We will not have video games in our home, so I don't feel cheated by giving up my shopping privileges. urse

Red face One demented girl with her own comic!

I am fortunate enough to have one... daughter shes 19 right now. She has developed her own fan based comic book!
Keeping her at home until we die is perfect since neither of us, her included want anymore kids or grandchildren........

I currently have one child - a beautiful six month old little girl. My husband would like to have another, so I imagine we'll start trying in a year or so. I told him definitely no more than two though!

No kids as of yet. I have been trying for almost 4 years. I would like to have 3 but I would be absolutely happy with just one healthy child.

Awww, Good luck. I wish you well with that. My husband and I tried for awhile.Over a year. I had a miscarriage and then 3 months later we got pregnant with our daughter. The first and second time it happened when we stopped trying and were more relaxed about it.So, I'm not sure if you are calculating body temps and that but if you are I'd honestly just enjoy the aspect of trying for awhile.Maybe then you'll get lucky. Just a thought and good luck again.

We haven't been 'actively' trying meaning going to doctors and all but we're talking about doing IUI the end of summer.
