Default Coorperate offices....

Have you ever had to contact a coorperate office about bad service and problems with the company? I was wondering how the results turned out.

I'm asking because I'm currently writing a letter to a coorperate office about the horrible service we recieved and about one of the ignorant employees. We did an order online at a website that had good reviews and was advertised on a local radio station. I was hoping we might be able to get at least part of our money back or a gift card due to our service being so horrible and the fiasco we experianced with them since day one.

I just want to see if contacting a coorperate office may get you anywhere. I have contacted a cooperate office recently over an instant win that was never recieved and it was a hassle.I ended up writing a hand wrote letter and then had results. I'm glad I did too.It was for a 100.00 gift card. If it was a small amount I wouldn't have cared but 100.00 is a lot to a stay at home mom like me.

Yes, I have wrote to cooperate offices when a problem arising with goods or services. I have found that calling them most time syou get no where. Some places yes. But most no. So, I always do a follow up letter to the cooperate office. Online is great because you can get your hands on information that might not be given over the phone. When wriring let them know it is a follow up letter to the conversation you have had. Try and sound as professional as possible. Leave the cuss words out. Even if you really want to ay them. If you found the service really lousy. Let them know that you expect them to take care of the matter, as you were very disappointed. Always leave a phone number in case they want to talk in person. Name names if you can remember the people you dealt with.

Good luck.

RustyrRusty- Thank you. I plan to leave out the cuss words.Though the other day I still felt like writing them. I usually leave my phone number, email, and address as well as my cell phone number. I also make copies of the letter.I just wish it was easy to get some where when your on the phone with someone. You at least gave me hope that I can maybe get some result with this aggravating company.
