I know I have many times. I domake plans and try to keep my kids on a schedule. Espically my special needs daughter. But it is hard at times.

At first I thought you meant doing whatever comes your way in a good way, as in fun. But I think you meant, just keeping up? That's how everyone who works full time feels I think.

Default I do everyday

I am fortunate enoug to have a wonderful part time job. So everyday I can do just about anything I want. And that means sewing and crafting. I write instructional books and articles for magazines, so basically I can go with the flow, do what I like and have a good job...........

I always spend the day doing whatever comes my way. Sometimes my boyfriend and I wake up around 3, like today, go to Dunkin Donuts, pick up a RedBox DVD, and wait all day just to go to McDonald's at 3am

That's awesome! May I ask how you got involved writing for magazines and which ones your articles are in? That's a great and fun job.

I do sometimes. It doesn't seem like that to much anymore. Before I had my daughter I was a classic Gemini.I was so spontaneous and make plans last minute or doing things totally crazy and just sort of go where the wind would take me. But, now that I had her I am very scheduled for the most part. The day changes with small variables and even when we go away I'm trying to keep a guideline of when she'll be eating, when we need home and so on.I sometimes miss just taking off and doing things but I am a mom and will have more time for that when she's a teenager.

Default Lots of Days

I am fortunate in that I frequently spend lots of days doing whatever comes my way. My husband and I are basically retired so..... I do sell Avon products and have some days that I am busy working but many days are free for us to do whatever comes along. Today was one of those days and it was nice.

Default when i was 21

When i was 21, and coming back from severe burnout. I was an EMT rescuie fire fighter, MY dad came home with a doll magazine. I started making dolls and then I wrote an article on myself. The editor saw potential and helped me get started. and the rest is history........
I have a column at Useless-knowledge.com, I am a field reporter for some local newspapers, and I write instructionals for SD&A ( soft dolls and animals magazine), and a few others. But I had oodles published through Dollw orld, Doll crafter, SD&A, The Cloth Doll. Jewelry Making Magazine, Highlights for Children etc.
All I do is make a doll, sit down and write the step by step instructions, take pictures as I do it, then format it and send it off to a magazine I think would like it........
If they dont buy it I go to the next one..... its really easy.
A good word processing program for my dyslexia is great!

DO you do well at Avon? I know here theer are change overs in Avon all teh time, but I always wondered if it was really a good business.
