I'll have to come back and post recipes later on when I have more time. Allrecipes.com has some good recipes on as well. I always change them up a bit or get an idea off of something.
My problem is I don't always write my recipes down when I should then I forget.Last time I made a shredded turkey stuffed pepper and I should've wrote down what all I thrown in.My hubby loved them. Now I don't remember what all was in them.

GLOP
A family favorite that goes back 40+ years……..
So my Uncle, my father's baby brother was coming over and my mom wanted to make this pretty Lasagna. So she go the best noodles, meat, 5 cheeses etc.
And she began to simmer the noodles. Well they fell apart.
Then she overcooked the meat. Getting frustrated it was suggested that she just dump everything in the pot and glop to all together………..
So hence GLOP was born on a cold winters day on Long Island………….
This has been altered by the fact that our family likes the ground turkey as well and meatless. I altere4d it because we are going away from ,meat. IT kept all weekend in our 6 qt crockpot

Recipe:
1-2 pounds ground turkey or beef- ( omit for cheezy version)
Noodles of choice, even egg noodles will work.
8 ounces whole milk ricotta
8 ounces 4 percent milkfat any size curd cottage cheese
1 pound whole milk mozzarella
6 ounces provolone
4 ounces Munster
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 can /jar spaghetti sauce
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
2 Fresh garlic bulbs crushed and chopped
Drizzle olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper, oregano**
Optional:
1 can cut black olives
Some steamed zucchini
Onions chopped

**You can substitute Good seasons mix if desired for spice.

Brown meat and drain.( omit for meatless version)
Boil pasta and drain, dump back in pot.
Drizzle olive oil to prevent clumping of pasta.
Dump in: all the cheeses, sauce and meat
Over warm heat begin to mix everything
Then add tomatoes and other ingredients. Keep mixing until cheeses become stringy and warmed through.
Serve in warmed bowls with crusty Italian Parmesan bread and tossed salad with Italian dressing. Top off dinner with cheesecake and coffee.

Follow with alka seltzer or Tums.
It's best to take an antacid pill prior to eating.
