Default Need ideas for a party!!!!

We are having a party for my two girls' birthday in July. My Aunt has 4 girls that are also having birthdays close to my daughters'. We want to have one big party for all of them at one time, and we are going to use the pool that we have access to. But I need ideas that would be good for kids aged 2-7. All of the kids can swim to a degree and we have flats for all of them, but I want to do some things that don't involve the pool. Anyone have any suggestions??

Thanks,

Melissa

You could set up little relay races or obstacle courses. Then maybe set it up by age. Depending on how many kids in each age bracket.

Is it an all girl party or will there be boys too?

You could try also having a make and take craft to go along with a party bag. Of course that also depends on how long they are going to be there.Since you have acess to a pool I'm assuming the party will last about 2-3 hours. *cake, swimming, other food if you do that, and gift opening*

It's hard with the 2-3 year old age to think of ideas that will work well for that group. You could make little bracelets with pony beads or necklaces. Hmm, I might need to think of some more ideas later.I'm getting to sleepy to think well anymore.

What a fun idea! I am sure they will love celebrating their birthdays together! You should check out the site parentsconnetc.com. It has tons of ideas for fun activities for children and you can even search by age group.

If it's all girls how about manicures and pedicures. They could each be given a little set of polish (you can find kid's sets very inexpensively) as a party favor. While they're drying they could watch a princess movie.
