Default Child beaten with game controller

I went to teh cnn website after i saw this post originally. There was no way to post a reply. I mean, after the case in manhatten of teh kid being beaten and tied to a chair.. whats teh world coming too.........
too many kids are being abused beyond imagination........
I am begining to wonder if the futur writers back in the 540s were right about parents or those who want kids would need a license and training........

I went back to my original post.I don't know why it's not showing now. It says the valid link is now invalid. The site errored when I posted and I went to repost and it said it was a repeat and the post showed. So, now I lost my LONG post.

My statement was basically how I can't believe a parent could allow this to happen at all especialyl to a child.I would rather be beaten myself then allow a child to go through that.I'd grab a baseball bat or what ever and get that jerk away from my child, grab her and leave.I'd go to the neighbors and call the cops from there. But, how can anyone do that? I hate excuses....oh, drinking was involved, she may have been beat herself. I'm sorry but it's an excuse. There is no reason to do that.I can't imagine how many bruises and bones where on that child that may have healed over.Anyone in that family that new what was going on and didn't stand up for that little girl is horrible.

I think in cases like this that the governement should be able to say you need to see Mr. Snippy, and you need your tubes tied and never be allowed around children again.I know it's harsh but there's no reason to abuse a child!

Default i think the world's gone wacko

I agree, excuses dont cut it. But I think these women that allow these things to happen, or participate are a: just as guilty
and nut jobs themselves.
Did you also notice that many of these involve mixed families?

I noticed that many of these familes are mixed and very rarely is it a both biological parents and if their is one usually they are not full activily involved or they act as if it's normal and nothing is wrong.
I am glad that they were both in jail. It's horrible that it happened near by though. Our cities and local areas are going to crap. A few months ago some teenage girl left her baby on a door step after giving birth to him.He was wrapped in a shirt and had no clothing, and it was freezing. If the lady didn't answer her door and go to get something he would've frozen to death. He was only a few hours old.The only reason the dumb girl wasn't charged was because she hid and waited to make sure someone did answer the door.It was heart breaking.

I haven't seen the story, but reading about anyone abusing their child is just heartbreaking. I don't now how anyone can do that! Around here a guy threw his four children into the bay off of a bridge because he was mad at the mom (they were seperated). How can you do that to children, especially your own? I imagine he got what he deserved as soon as he got to jail!

It's very sad.I've had a few friends murdered by their parents. When I was 10 I just moved and one of my close guy friends and his sister was killed by their father. His parents were divorced and they had spent x-mas eve with him. At some point through the night he shot both of them and then himself.Their mom didn't find out intil she went to pick them up x-mas morning. It was horrible.

The most recently 5 years ago another girl I know was murdered by her father. Her sister and mom were too. They just had about their house on the news the other day.It was sold to an investor. No one in the town I grew up with wanted anything to do with it.They showed a few news snippets of the inside of the house too and the girls shoes, a nail polish bottle and other things left inside yet. It's sad.
