Default Mother's Day

What do you guys usually do for your moms for Mother's Day? We usually go to brunch at the club and get my mom a few little gifts. However, she isn't going to be in the country this year! She is taking her mother, my grandmother, on a two-week trip around Europe. So, obviously we can't do our usual plan! I was thinking about having something delivered and waiting for her the day she returns from her trip. 1-800-Flowers has some gorgeous flower arrangements and some really adorable gift baskets, so I was thinking of doing one of those or maybe a combination. What do you guys think? What do you usually do?

I guess most people do send flowers to their mom on Mother's Day. I've just always seen her on the actual day, so I've always been able to give her her present in person. I think I might send roses, because they are the most fragrant and will make the house smell pretty. I really like this arrangement with pink roses and calla lillies (which she carried in her wedding).
