Mystery Purse!

PLEASE help me identify this beauty!

This purse was donated to a fundraiser that I am working on (handbagsfullofhope.org). We originally thought that it was a Jimmy Choo, as it arrived in a JC dustbag. However, a Jimmy Choo guru I contacted has never seen anything like this and there is no JC nameplate on it. Therefore, we are completely confused…

We need information to post with our purse auction. Can anyone identify the designer of this purse??? ANY information or leads that you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Below are picture of the “mystery” purse. Note that the inside view has post-it note with an autograph on it (this was a very generous donation from Julie Chen of The CBS Early Show)… The ugly yellow square is NOT part of the purse.

I would post it as a unique minauderie from the private collection of Julie Chen. These are facts that you know right now. Trying to find the maker/design house may be impossible, and if you get it wrong, you'll open yourselves up to a misrepresentation claim, or worse.

It appears to be handmade in the truest sense of the word, not mass-produced. There are many collectors, myself included, that wouldn't care who the maker was, just that it was a unique piece.
