Fasion in concerts

What are the best and worst outfits that you have seen an artist wear in concert?? Just found this contest to win free concert tickets on the LOFT Facebook page: LOFT | Facebook and it got me thinking about some of best and worst outfits/costumes I've seen.. so post your faves here! I'll start- I like Katy Perry but not all of Lady Gaga.
