I'm having a Dior Dilema!!!

Alrite....as a true Coach fan...I'm now a pissed off Dior fan! I'm used to Coach prices but last April I bought a rare Dior handbag from a Dior boutique for $800 and it's already broken!!!

So I brought it down to the store (it was an hour drive!!) and they said they have a 6 month warrenty and will fix it for what they can only assume will be a $50.

I spend $800 on a bag and they want to tell me they won't stand behind it more than 6 months??? So I had a saddle bag I didn't use yet and my winter wallet still. Now angry at them, I'm selling the never used saddle bag and the wallet is FALLING APART!!!!!!!!!!!

So in the end, thank you Coach for saving me money AND putting a life time guarentee on all your products.

That truly makes me feel safe to spend a few hundred on a purse....when the company that produces it says it's worth it and the quality is worth standing behind for a life time!!!!! Ok, my rant is over, thanks! If anyone has suggestions, let me know....it's was my fave black bag and I'd like it fixed!!!!

Oh my, that's horrible. I would never think an authentic designer item would fall or break apart.

I KNOW!!!! lol, and now my mother's having a similar dimelia with a michael kors bag.....1 WEEK OLD and it broke!!! she returned it and wrote the company! so sad, makes me never wanna leave coach's side ever again! lol

Wow! I can't believe that some designer bags are of low quality too. What are the other bags that gets broken in just a week?

This is exactly why I <3 Coach. Life time guarantees are love. They make you know the company you bought from really believes in their product. I thought Dior would've (or SHOULD'VE) been prouder of theirs.
