Angry I'm SO ANGRY with LV and Amazon!

I have an authentic multicolor Alma that I bought around Christmas in 2003 (when they were hard to get!) in the Chicago LV. I still have the receipt and everything.

Right now I need the money more than the bag so I've listed it online at a few places. I didn't do ebay because the fees were so high. I did, however, do Amazon. I know most of the bags on there are fake, but, I thought someone would appreciate seeing an authentic LV and I don't need to money tomorrow, nor was it costing me anything to have it listed on there, so I left it up.

Tonight I get an email from Amazon that my bag is infringing on intellectual rights, that it is conterfeit or pirated, and my account is being terminated as a result!!!

I'm so angry. My bag was authentic. Now they won't talk to me on the phone, and refer me to their email instead.

I am so angry right now. I'm glad they're cracking down on fakes, but, mine was the real deal.

What should I do next?

I'd keep calling them or take pictures and show that it isn't a fake. That's really all you can do.

I was wrong. I got into my account, and I never listed the Alma. It was my speedy they are calling fake. It's still definately not fake. It doesn't even look like I posted a pic on amazon of it (at least, from what I see on my cancelled listing).

I honestly listed this item so many weeks ago that I forgot the details... so why are they suddenly so sure it's fake? Especially when it's not!?!?

Are they trying to say that all resale LV are fake? Cause that's bull. I'm all for fighting fakes, but, not at the expense of honest people.

I don't think Louis Vuitton is a part of this, so I wouldn't bring them into the situation.

I would just try calling Amazon directly at 1-800-201-7575 and I wish you the best of luck!

They terminated your account without looking into it at all? That's just stupid, and you're right to be fuming .

I'd keep protesting to them - write to them if you have to. As long as there's nothing in the T&Cs about selling designer stuff, then they have no right to terminate your account IMO.
