Would you carry a fake?
I personally would never carry a fake. I would rather have a genuine less expensive brand than an "expensive" fake.
My daughter's attitude is "who cares, no body knows but you". That's it, I would know!
How do you feel about it?

Girl I carry fakes all the time, They look just like the real ones if you ask me. They may not have the same exact sign or whatever but i mean as far as the design, people wouldn't really notice unless they got up really close up on it.

Fakes are so good now adays that u wouldnt know the difference -- i have real and fake chanel bags- over 20 at least-- and im telling you ide never buy i real one again-- ide rather give the money to the poor of this world than to give it to over priced chanel handbags.

I don't like carrying fake purses whatsoever, I'd like to buy the cheaper ones or I would save up money to get the real one.

I won't carry a fake. If I can't afford the bag, then I guess I don't need it.

No, I wouldn't. It's just so wrong.
If I can't buy the real one, I'd just buy a cheaper bag.

Nah. I don't care about labels in the first place, so why would I fake it just to get attention? I'd rather have an ordinary bag from Target that will hold my stuff and look decent.

would you carry a fake
As far as im concerned the only difference between a fake and the real thing is that one bag was made in france or maybe italy and the other one was made in china-- and as long as they use the same materials-- its the same bag when it comes right down to it

would you carry a fake
The reason the straps broke is because you bought poorly made fakes- but what im refering to is top of the line replicas--When i buy a replica LV or chanel i will pay on the average about 300 dollars for one- they come in real leather with heavy stiching and gold hardware that doesnt turn black. Now if i can get a fake that good why would i want to buy junk from china or pay $2000 for a bag when i can get one exactly like it that cost me only 300- 400 dollars.?

Fakes are illegal; they violate intellectual property laws. Most are surprised how many people are able to tell the difference between a fake bag and a real bag (when it comes to LV, I know I can for the most part).

I have a great disgust for illegal bags that are counterfeit. When you purchase an illegal bag, your contributing to child labor, terrorism, slavery, trafficking and many more things that only add to the problems this world faces. Who do you think makes the counterfeit bags?
If a person cannot afford the authentic luxury good, than there's many more options than to contribute to horrible causes just so they can make an illusion to people.

I would never carry a fake! Why sport a brand if it isn't even a the real thing, what's the point?
And not to be too harsh, but the user who said that she rather give money to the poor than buy a fake is actually exploiting the poor because the fake industry uses cheap labor, supports cartels and is against the law.

I think I carried a fake Prada bag without truly knowing it before. It was a small white backpack. No one knew the difference, and I got the kudos for having one

Truth is most people aren't going to know whether it is or isn't unless it is EXTREMELY obvious. They just see the logo.

NO WAY!! What's the point of showing off fakes?
it's kinda like lying, isn't it? how can you feel good about owning something so exclusive and luxurious by carrying fakes? Isn't there a reason why they're called STATUS handbags?
although only not too many people can spot fakes perfectly, but you can also tell if something is fake by looking at the person who's carrying it.

Are you serious? I have had a number of fakes that are in excellent shape. Alot of my friends didn't even know that they were fake. Why spend the money when you don't have to.
