Charlotte Ronson inherited her style from fashion icon mother
Ann Dexter-Jones and socialite siblings and celeb DJ’s Marc and Samantha probably contributed their music sense to her as well. She has many celebrity fans already for such a young label, like
Kate Moss and
Lindsay Lohan.
The soundtrack for the runway included Billy Joel, some happy folksy 70’s tunes and vintage 70’s rock, ending with the classic ‘lollipop’ from the 1950’s to convey its innocent mood.
This collection was for the elegant bohemian, or perhaps the ingénue socialite of the 70’s. There were sweet shorts; little dresses with simple embellishments, almost as if they were sewn at home as part of arts and crafts. There were smocked and crochet knits and arty prints.
