Smile Devil wears Prada

Has anyone seen "Devil wears Prada". The collection of hand-bags shown in this movie is amazing. i kept on rewinding the scenes with bags just to make a note of their designs. If only I could own even one of those shown, i would be the happiest person around...

The wardrobe department from The Devil Wears Prada is to die for. Imagine wearing all of those designer labels! Patricia Field did the wardrobe and she also did "Sex and the City."

That's a good idea! He he.

I have WinDVD Gold and I want to screen capture some shots. My Nana has my DVD borrowed right now though.

All I know for sure (besides the one made specifically for the movie) is Marc Jacobs Multipocket bag in blue leather. That along with the Stam STARTED my MJ obsession.

Someone said at the Golden Globes that they gave the wardrobe away to poor people. Agghhh! I'm sorry, but give poor people regular clothes, because it's probably not the same to them. I mean sure give it to shopaholic maxed credit card-ers who are sort of poor. Heh.

I liked Emily Blunt in the movie, anyone? And of course Meryl. Oh and the cute BF was okay. ;-)

That movie was so funny. I have seen it about 8 times b/c I travel a lot for work and they always seem to be showing it on the plane.

I definitely learned a thing or two about fashion from watching it!

That movie was great, it had a pretty good storyline. I also liked how she was seen as nobody and then grew into a big fashion type of person. But yes they had some amazing clothes and handbags in this movie.

I just bought this movie today! I have already seen it several times but I still think it will be fun to own. DVD's have great special features. DH is playing poker tonight so I will bust this one out and see what it's got.

i seen the movie and loved it-- the handbags were awesome-- i loved the one merly streep was wearing in the beginning of the movie- as she was walking toward the office -- it was a silver prada, that looked something like a kelly bag- i would love to own that one and have been on the look out for it-- does anyone know where i can find it?. Did u notice the spy bag that emily was carrying as she got hit by that car-- this is another bag i want. I swear if i buy anymore bags i will need a bigger house to put them in. I just gave a friend of mine 7 of my bags so i could make room for the new ones that ill be bringing in-- we are talking major handbag addict here--lol

I wish i could describe it- I was hoping someone on here could. I have no idea which one it was. I just read on the net recently that one of the bags was $12000. I bet it was the one that meryl was carrying at the end of the movie when she seen andy walking on the street as meryl was coming out of her office building. It was a large crocodlie bag-- i bet thats the one as crododile is very exspensive. Speaking of crododile i recently looked up on the net "the most exspenisve handbags in the world" it showed pics of them. One of the bags that realy got me was a dark green crocodile double bamboo handle handbag made by gucci and its to die for-- i must have this bag--lol. its $13000.00 , my jaw just about dropped when i read that. The bag is my idea of the ultimate handbag. You should look it up- type in, forbes most exspensive handbags and you should see it there as well as many other awesome bags.
