Default LV wins Suit Against Britnew Video
I just saw this on Yahoo news today. You know that music video Do Something that has Britney riding in a pink hummer. Apparently they didnt have permission to use the LV logo and cherries, and since LV started going after counterfeiter purse makers they weren't at all happy about it.

I'd add a link to the video but it looks like all of them have been pulled.

If I recall correctly, it was a horribly fake looking pink Cherry Blossom pattern from a few years back.
