Those eagerly awaiting the new Fendi Spy or B Bag follow-up will have to keep waiting. Instead of iconic status bags in training, Fendi sent large fold-over clutches in various states of embellishment down their spring runway, begging the question, Did Karl Lagerfeld spend the summer at camp? Arts and crafts chic is perhaps the best way to describe the predominance of bohemian woven leather, perforations galore, and stone and bead details that seemed a little haphazardly thrown on. If you love whipstitching, geometric prints, and macaroni art, you might be a fan. I personally felt a little disappointed by the new offerings…but what do you think?
