Does Coach Still...

...do repairs for free?

I got a Coach daily organizer about 15 years ago and within 2 years, the snap had pulled out of the leather. I took it to my local Coach store and they said they'd repair it for free. In the end, they actually replaced it (for free)!

Anyhoo, just wondering if they still do this. My puppy chewed a hole in the outside seam of my Coach briefcase; I don't expect that they'd be willing to replace that for free, but they could surely fix it, right? Anyone know?

I'm afraid I don't know...have a Coach but still in good shape. I did take a bag in to a local leather shop to have the leather strap reattached. It cost $18...does that sound reasonable? Seemed kinda high but it was my first time.

You can take your item into your local Coach boutique and if the SAs or manager feel that something can be done for you, they can ship out your item for repairs. You'll have to pay a fee of $20. They say it takes about 6-8 weeks but I sent a purse in for repairs and I got it back a little over a month later. I guess it depends on what you need done...

$20 isn't bad, I thought it would be a lot more.
