Default Big or small purses

Do you prefer to use a big or small purse? Personally, I always used to use small purses because I never had too much to carry but I would always bring my purse around everywhere. Lately I've been using a big purse to carry everything I need, from straighteners to school books

I carry a medium size bag for every day stuff. Enough to fit my wallet, make-up, cell phone, sunglasses case, etc. At night I switch to a small clutch and just bring a credit card, ID, keys, cell phone and lipgloss.

I like small purses! All I need is my ID, some chapstick, and my phone and I'm ready to go!

I also used to carry small purses around because all I needed was my chapstick! I'm absolutely obsessed with chapstick.

But now I've found that bigger purses are much more useful. You can carry almost ANYTHING.

I'm more of a medium purse person.I used to carry a smaller purse but you'd be amazed at everything I could stuff in there. With having my daughter I went up to a medium/large tote type purse. I toss her cup in, snacks and my things and sometimes my hubby's wallet and keys when we go. It's more convienant. So, for now this size works well. Then depending where we go I'll even go back to those small purse backpacks. I like them for at the beach sometimes when I dont want to carry my purse along the board walk or at a park.

Luvbunnies42: Yeah I also like those small backpack things. I also use them at the beach. Sometimes instead I use a gym bag though, those fit just enough stuff in them for you, towels, make-up, baby bottles, anything!

I had one little backpack that was actually suppose to be a lunch bag/picnic pack. If I remember correctly it even came with little lunch containers. I turned the silverware slots into lipgloss holders and the other one I used to hold a pen and a highlighter.I still use that one off and on. I never did use it for food though.

Thats cool how you changed the picnic bag into a little purse like that!

You must be very creative. I would never think of something like that.

Your giving me some ideas, I think you're actually making me a little more creative!

Default Large Purse

I need a fairly large purse because I carry quite a bit of "stuff" with me. I always carry a bottle of water everywhere I go. I also like to have room for a few Avon Brochures as well as wallet, checkbook, etc. It seems like the older I get, the more "stuff" I need. lol

Aww, thanks. That was sweet. I worked at a craft store up intil my daughter was born.I had to be creative.LOL. I try to think outside of the box.My friend even turned a really nice placemat from Kohl's into a purse. The best part is no one else really has the same thing and it's not hard to do.She even made me one.I should take a picture and post it.
My daughter has a little lunch box my mom got her at target awhile back.It has strawberries on it and a flap and she carries that around sometimes for her toys. So, it became her toy purse too.

I tend to alternate from large to small bags...guess it depends on many things like my erands, my mood, the season.

Right now, I'm using a large straw bag, but will probably switch out to a smaller leather bag in a few days.

I usually carry a medium sized bag. I like to be able to fit my wallet and other things in it.
