Recently, I reviewed the Louis Vuitton Damier Speedy 30. It hangs from the arm of reality starlet Lo Bosworth, and sometimes my own thanks to my sister (with her permission of course!). A pursepage.com reader inquired that though she likes the purse, she doesn’t like the way the base of the bag sags after good use.
The remedy? A Speedy base.
Made of leather-like material, the base sits at the bottom of your bag, filling it out and preventing the sag. Personally, I like the look of a well-worn Speedy, but to each her own. While I wouldn’t normally plug an eBay seller, I have to give props to seller jennycola. With flawless feedback (not to mention product), she offers everything you could ever need to keep your Speedy in tip-top shape!

I have a base at the bottom of my Speedy 35 and although I love the Speedy Sag I feel that the base gives it a more structured look. Anyone who owns a Speedy and doesn't like the sag should def. invest in this!!

My mother uses this in her vanilla Epi speedy and LOVES it! You can carry water bottles, books or magazines and it keeps its shape!
