Default Funny/Weird Things Your Pets Do

My dog cries like a wolf for so long everytime he hears the sound of my alarm clock. I don't know why he does that.

My male dog drags my female dog's (I don't wanna say bitch...oops I said it) cage all over the house when the b*tch is in heat. Haha. I know it's his instinct but it's super funny. I don't usually cage her but I don't want her to raped during her season.

^^Haha!

Umm, my Puggy likes to be wrapped up in Christmas lights... Not tightly... just draped on him!

Prince likes to squeeze himself into tight places like under the bed and in between boxes (like my Coach boxes on the floor when I'm reorganizing).

my dog collects bottles and cans he finds when walking outside. Then he first take of the shell, then the label and then he plays with it When we are home I throw it away, and this way the dog field gets cleaned every day lol.

My brother's cat can turn on the light switch in the bedroom (and I've actually seen him do it). It's the funniest thing.

My cats do "pushies", a.k.a., making biscuits.
Before they settle down to sleep they move their paws up and down on the spot theyre going to sleep in.
I dont know why they do this, it may be because their paws will leave a scent marking that spot as theirs.
I also heard that it comes from when they were babies and they'd move their paws up and down on their mother's belly to get the milk out. Im not sure

My cats do that too, so I did a search yesterday, and found that they do that to get their mother's milk. You ladies (& Marco!) are so smart. I couldn't even guess why they did that.

I heard that this cat behavior is called "kneading" and that it does have to do with nursing milk from mom : )

one of our cats comes when called - so his nickname is "puppycat" because he's not aloof like a cat. if you're in the powder room doing your "thing," he and his sister cat will reach under the door with their paws. we then tease their paws with our fingers as they try to catch us - very cute and thank goodness they're declawed indoor cats! last, when we're sitting on the couch our very loving cavalier king charles spaniel loves to jump on us and give us wet kisses but doesn't stop there - he "hugs" us and then puts his throat over our entire face almost smothering us, staying in that position until we remove him from our faces! it's very endearing, and that's why they're called "comforter" dogs. way back when, ladies brought their cavs in the unheated carriages and the dogs stayed on their owners laps, providing warmth and comfort.

I think I've probably mentioned here before that our dog smiles. It's the weirdest thing I've ever seen, but it's really cool. Until we got Precious, I had no idea that dogs could smile.

My cat thinks that he's a dog sometimes, I swear. He also likes to sit on our couch, similar to the way that a human would sit. I like to think that he's watching tv with me.

My dog attacks my face whenever I laugh. I don't know why! It's like she wants to kiss me or something. Haha!

I have a male Siamese mix that thinks he's a dog. He will bring a ball and play fetch with it.
