Default What should be the punishment?
My little brother's cat was shot by someone with a bb gun. Probably some kid. That's so sad. The cat is sweet and now it limps. It will be ok, but can you imagine how it must have suffered?

Did someone bother taking the cat to the vet? The limp could possibly be prevented. How long ago did it happen? maybe the limp can be fixed.
