Does your cat act like a jerk during storms?

I've seen dogs freak out and need meds during storms, but my cat just acts like a jerk. He whines and tries to bite.
Anyone else have this?

my dog barks to come inside when the weather gets bad, he also won't go out if it's raining or wet outside.

Yeah my grandparents cat does, I guess its just something they aint used to

I haven't any dog nor a cat these days. But yet I have a parrot. And he acts just like your cat. He whines and tries to bite any go to near him even Me.
