Now might be the best time to consider toting this Isabella Fiore creation. Like so many of the designer’s other handbags, the Folktale Fantasy Trina Hobo is intriguing and entirely artistic. Patches of floral motifs are screen printed onto supple, brown lamb leather. The color combination is undoubtedly appealing, albeit a bit more appropriate for fall than spring. The print is meant to replicate the feel of Scandinavian patchwork quilts, though I’m also reminded of Celtic artwork and Russian embroidery. Any way you look at it, it’s a pretty bag. I’m not sure I’d personally carry it, as the style is a bit matronly for my tastes, but it would pair well with jeans and a simple sweater. Available for $395 at adasa.com.
