It’s hard to decide if this is sweet and pretty or a total fashion disaster. Valentino’s Multi-Tapestry Frame Bag is certainly multi-everything. It’s rife with attractive springy colors, while the gold flap frame is studded with gemstones galore. The matte pink beads and the sparkly rhinestones dazzle, but create an odd contrast with the slightly granny-esque embroidery. The floral print is a little too old-fashioned for my liking. It’s an interesting piece, but it’s not worth the crazy $2280 price! Available at Bob Ellis.
