Attempting to inject a bit of romance into the Speedy,
Louis Vuitton offers their classic bag in the
Monogram Dentelle print. The idea is indeed romantic - a whisper of lurex embroidery in an authentic lace pattern - but the actual result? Not so much. None of the Dentelle bags actually look as elegant as they sound, and that goes for this poor Speedy, as well. From a distance, it actually looks as though - dare I say it? - someone got sick all over the bag. I adore
Louis Vuitton but this doesn’t work for me.
