Rafe has a habit of making straw look like the most glamorous material on the planet. Here, he transforms the simple Adriana Seagrass Basket into a luxurious, dressed up tote. The “straw” is actually seagrass, woven and accented by laser-cut leather trim that looks more like perforated lace, at least from a distance. As a result, the bag is more feminine than the average straw handbag, and its organic elements are balanced nicely by some incredibly chic details.
