Bottega Veneta’s biggest fans. The brand never strays far from its classic style and straightforward, no-fuss attitude. Unfortunately, that can also sometimes translate into boring. Maybe it’s white bag-overkill finally kicking into gear, but the
Bottega Veneta Woven Tote doesn’t grab me the way others do. It’s certainly well made, but there’s a slightly mature vibe to this that suggests it might be most at home on the arm of an older woman. There’s a black version which is a bit more slick and edgy, but the wide shape and bland design of this
handbag make it a big no for me.
