Marc Jacobs, he was doing something that involved quilted leather and gold push-locks. Apparently, not much has changed. The designer’s fall collection sees the introduction of the
Patchwork Bowler, a
purse that boasts all the telltale “MJ was here” signs, along with a few new elements to spice things up. The hand-stitched ruching at the top zip closure is a nice touch, giving the
handbag some shape without detracting from the elegant quilting and bold gold hardware. The leather handles are accented slightly by thick gold chain, resulting in an overall elegant look from top to bottom.
