Clear PVC is striped with bold splashes of pink, green, and orange for a beachy flair, while the cowhide leather trim and straps provide more of an upscale look. The tote is open and has an interior pocket. My only complaint is that the material is clear...I personally don't always want people to know what's hiding in my bag.
