What's black, white, and red all over? This Kate Spade Biarritz Mini Gabi bag, unfortunately. Inspired by a French town near the Spanish border, the bag boasts of having a nautical design, but with its garish black-and-white cotton pinstripes and strange red logo medallion, all I can think of is prison. The hobo also features gold hardware and waxed cowhide trim, but that can't save it.
