Lanvin Gourmet Bag

There is something to be said for simplicity and minimalism, but then, there’s just lazy. This square Lanvin Gourmet Handbag, consists of 2 flat pieces of either black or beige leather (um, original…) No special construction, basic silver chain handle, no special features. I’m sorry, but this one was phoned in, probably like the lunch that undoubtedly inspired the “gourmet” part of the name. Lanvin is a legendary fashion house, and produces beautiful, luxurious clothes and bags. This just isn’t one of them I guess.

I'm torn by the plainess and the simplicity. Undecided. Don't like or dislike it.

I don't like it at all. It just doesn't look good.

I can believe anyone would pay $700 for that bag. I won't even get it even if it's $300.
