Tomas Maier, the creative director at Bottega Veneta, seems to think the Cabat Uomo is - he’s named it one of his signature picks for the season. There’s no denying that it’s attractive, a perfect balance of practical and elegant. But how is it different from any other Bottega Veneta purse? Well, not very. It’s incredibly spacious, and it offers itself as a great companion for just about every circumstance: The office, shopping, errand-running and weekends, along with anything else you can think of. However, it doesn’t seem worth the outlandish price. I’ve scored some great deals on BV in the past - stick around for something a little smaller and you’ll still get a lot of bang for your buck. Its too pricey for a tote bag.I love the color and its softness,but geez Louise not for that price.

Looks like solely a beach tote. At that price, it's not worth it, to me. I guess they were going for the basket look, and the colour is more that, but the style screams sand and water to me.
