that is so unfortunate!! u should demand ur money back!!!! they should be able to guarantee quality.
My main task for this weekend was getting back to Neiman Marcus to return my broken Botkier - Bryant hobo handbag. I had no problem, which is the reason why I purchased this bag from a large dept. store, I guess I must have had my doubts & wanted the security of knowing I could return it with no hassle.
