Prada can do mature sophisticated style better than anyone, but sometimes the design house veers off into funky territory that make me pull back and shake my head. Case in point: this Prada Small Ombre Patent Leather Hobo. From its slick patent leather to its wacky red and black color combination, everything about this purse is a bit oddball. I’m sure that won’t stop it from being a status handbag, but I doubt most women have a) an outfit that’ll match and b) the desire to wear a purse this funky and impractical. I predict a short shelf life.
