Designer Umbrellas to go with your Designer Handbag
So, I spent all day walking up and down Fifth Ave and around SOHO trying to find a great designer umbrella. I was amazed at how many great designers have boring umbrellas, poorly made umbrellas, or none at all. For those of you who might want a quality girly designer umbrella my favorites were the Burberry umbrellas and the umbrellas at Kate Spade.The Burberry are definitely the best made. They have an automatic slow-opening control and are fabulous. There are more fun colors and patterns in the stores than online and you can’t see the underneath online, which is where they have the checked pattern.
The Kate Spade are also really high quality and really fun colors and prints. There is one that says “splish splash” on it that I loved, but it’s not available online.
