Seeing a Bottega Veneta purse without a lot of woven leather is like seeing Britney Spears without a horrifying weave. That said, I think this Bottega Veneta Leaf-Print Canvas Tote is an admirable effort, even if the only leather element is the woven handle. The swirly chocolate and cream pattern isn’t terribly leaf-like; rather, it reminds me of a classic, more subdued riff on Paul Smith’s wacky swirl handbags. I like the bag’s practical, casual spirit contrasted with luxe touches (the gold rings, the leather handle). All in all, it’s a striking tote. $980 at Saksfifthavenue.com

This is definitely one Bottega bag that I do not like. Well, maybe if I was vacationing in Mexico in winter I would carry it around, but that's it.

Yeah, not being too loud is right. I guess I would be fine with carrying it around more than a vacation, but I kind of see it as a bag that would be great for the tropics.

i think it has that dark but mysterious vibe..if ur not a bright colors person u might like this bag.
