But where average Joes and Janes can be swooped up in a complex justice system, and forget about it when there is political gain for the prosector -- an elected official in most places in the US, unlike in civilized countries! Look folks, I do not want Ms Knox to go to prison is she is innocent, and I do not know either way. I just don't. But cut out all the crazy stereotypes about Italians and their court system.
