You can almost never go wrong with a boxy, classic purse. Not only is the shape essentially timeless, it offers tons of room. Given that, I’m a bit on the fence about the new Fendi Forever Satchel. Available in a smart white and a less intriguing tobacco, the bag is etched with the Palazzo image on logo-printed leather. True fans will probably love this handbag because it’s such an ode to Fendi, but others probably won’t be interested. The white is admittedly nice, though (probably because the print isn’t as visible). Available to pre-order for $900 at Saks.
