It’s always nice to see new designs from our fave designers, but unfortunately they don’t always meet expectations. Take this Dior Gypsy Leather Hobo. Its material is certainly luxurious enough (how can you go wrong with smooth, supple calfskin?), but the ruched detail throws the entire thing off. Bonus points for the silk lining and gold Dior charms, but even they aren’t enough to save this piece. I’m just not willing to shell out the big bucks here. It’s available to pre-order for $1590 at Saks.
