For whatever reason, Botkier has decided to put these wide braided straps on many of their
purses. Why? I’m not sure. While the leather on this
Botkier Nightfall Satchel is very soft and not at all constricting (thus easy on the shoulder), the braided straps don’t do much as far as aesthetics are concerned. I am mad about the color though, which Botkier is calling platinum. Rather than a super shiny chrome, the color is more of a dusty gunmetal, making it a great metallic option for those of us who want a little glamour with out a super blinged out look. Measuring in at 17″x9″ the Nightfall is a nice, squishy
handbag…if you can deal with those straps! The Nightfall
