Marc Jacobs can usually do no wrong, and even at his weirdest he’s usually still in his element. I’m reminded a bit of Vivienne Westwood when I see MJ’s Rana Clutch, though. The antique gold frog perched on the center of the bag is reminiscent of Westwood’s penchant for orbs. The difference is that this frog is actually sort of glamorous with his glowing violet crystal eyes. The color - acid tangerine - is a sharp cross between red and orange, which adds a sexy twist even if the frog most certainly does not. I think I’ll pass on this one!
