It’s back to basics for Fendi, who seem to have returned to form (let’s hope for good) with this Patent Woven Baguette. The classic style is still revered by many, and it’s always interesting to see what the latest incarnation has to offer. I’m not wild about this tan and black color combination, although from a distance one might mistake the tan for a much more alluring gold. The black patent tab and signature buckle sit against each other, making one barely distinguishable from the other. Unfortunately, this is an overall bore - but it’s still about a hundred times better than many of the the things Fendi offered us last year. Available to pre-order for $750 at Neiman Marcus.
