You guys know I’m a fan of most MBMJ items. This Marc by Marc Jacobs Standard Supply Wheely is a total miss! First of all, who the heck charges $378 for a CANVAS hunk of anything? Secondly, if it’s a canvas suitcase, the odds of it being destroyed in transit are pretty high. If you’re flying commercial (which face it, most of us are), do not think twice about buying the most durable, inexpensive luggage you can search out. Airlines are notorious for treating our luggage like their own personal trash can, chunking suitcases and duffel bags into the oblivion that is airline cargo. While this MBMJ rolling suitcase may seem like an OK idea at first, the chance of it staying clean or lasting longer than a year is slim to none. The army green and font are a bit masculine for a girl anyway, but that seems to be it’s primary market. Regardless, this suitcase isn’t for anyone who understands the art of travel.


The Standard Supply Wheely is available at shopbop.com and retails for a whooping $378. I’d rather spend $100 on a suitcase at Sears and use the rest of the money towards a new bag! Ha!
