Roberto Cavalli usually never fails to impress with his extravagant designs, but this Swarovski Embellished Clutch is a mess. There’s really not much Swarovski here to actually speak of - this little number is more about the wooden beads than anything else. In shades of brown and beige, they’re an awful partner for the Swarovski crystals and the coiled serpent that Cavalli tends to favor. The glamour of those elements is wiped out by the down-to-earth nature of the beads, and it makes for an unusual and generally unattractive purse. Available for $2340 at Net-a-Porter.
Hmmm...beauty is in the eye of the beholder,and the author says this litttle bag is ugly...i disagree with her.There is something about it that has made me like it,even though it is a little expensive.
I actually like the combination of Swarovski crystals and wood beads.I love the earthy tone of it.
