I’m not sure why they’re calling the bag “couture” as I’m really sick and tired of people throwing that word around. At any rate, this
Valentino Couture Woven Handbag is nice, but nothing to write home about. It’s a north/south bag, and if you know your
handbags, you know you have to be pretty tall to pull off one of these bags, unless you plan on using it as your carry on. With so many great neutral bags on the market right now, I’m reluctant to go out and buy one that is so stark and white. A better option is khaki, soft beige, or cream, all which look great with bold colors. Bright white like this is too strong on its own, so pairing it with other upbeat shades would be overpowering.
